Time for an update!
First I'll start with the Coffey Bean's room- Chris has been working lots and lots on the built in bookshelves. He even added beadboarding to the back and crown molding trim around the whole thing- looks absolutely amazing. The curtain rod will go behind that top part and our curtains will be ceiling to floor length. Can't wait to see it all come together. He's done such an amazing job.
A little closer up of the detail- amazing. I think. :) Can't wait to fill these things up with books!
And now for the "bump" that is barely there... good or bad? Not sure what to think!
If I stand up nice and straight it pokes out a little- or who knows- maybe that's been there all along and now I'm just proud to show it off. lol Either way- I think there's a tinyyyyy beginning of something!
Updates on my quality of life- hehe-
GREAT! Starting this past Monday, I really felt great. Energy was better, hunger is still constant (was a preexisting condition prior to pregnancy, let's be real), stomach aches are GONE for the most part! No weight gain, no real cravings... still taking a sleeping aid to help me stay asleep- Mother Nature is at work waking me up constantly. All is well right now and I couldn't be happier. Ready for some spring weather so we can get outside more!
Boy or Girl??
We find out on Friday, March 28th and are counting the MINUTES!!!!!!! :) :) :)
Heading to Anna Maria tomorrow to meet Chris's cousin, Stephanie, and his parents. Snow/yuckiness coming to KC tomorrow so we are happy to head OUT.... Will be our last venture to the island sans-children! AHHH!!
Post engagement picture- aka post Megan meltdown. Little Bean will appreciate this someday and if she's a girl... like me, maybe have a meltdown of her own at this moment in her life...
Celebratory dinner with the fam at the Sandbar. Will enjoy eating here again this week!
